What is collected
The consultation form on this site asks for your name, your email address, your phone number, and a description of your situation. That is the only information this site asks you for, and it is sent to the firm so somebody can respond.
How it is used
To reply to you. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone outside the firm for marketing.
Sending a message does not make you a client
Contacting the firm through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send before that relationship exists may not be protected by attorney-client privilege. Please do not send anything you would not want read before you have spoken to an attorney and been told the firm can act for you.
Asking about your information
To ask what the firm holds about you, or to ask for it to be deleted, call or write to the office.
