What you do not control
How busy the county is and how long a judge takes to review and sign. Those vary by county and by season and nobody can promise around them.
What actually speeds things up
Cooperation from the other side, and getting the papers right. That is most of it.
If the other person is not cooperating, the case is not uncontested, and the question stops being how fast and starts being what your options are.
